Strengths:    Light, folds pretty flat, easy to work with.

Weaknesses:    Can't make any adjustments (brakes, etc) that need the front wheel to be mounted. Discontinued!

Bottom Line:
I've had a shop quality Park stand since the early 90s, and it's a great stand, but not something you can carry with you. I had been considering a portable stand for a while, and really liked the concept of the Park PRS-20, but at $200 for the stand, it was pretty pricey. Looking around, I came across the Minoura RS-X stand, and at $50 it was a whole bunch cheaper. The simple folding design with the adjustable fork holder was elegant, so I figured it was worth a try.

Well over a year later, I love the stand. Sometimes when it's nice out, I'll take the Minoura outside to work on a bike, instead of staying in the shop with the Park. The stand lays fairly flat, so it fits in the car with no problems, but it is a bit long, so might not fit in a trunk so well.

Being tall, I like to work with the bike on the highest setting, but with a longer wheelbase bike, sometimes I have to go one notch down. Smaller bikes fit just fine on the max height setting. The little tool tray on the crossbar is small, but a convenient place to put tools while you're working.

Unfortunately, Minoura's discontinued the stand, but if you can manage to find one, it's great.
