Strengths: compact
easily portable
wheel truing stand
tool pouch
tool tray
carry bagWeaknesses: can only use if you have a "normal front fork and can remove wheelBottom Line: I bought this to service my Specialized Stumpjumper Comp, worked fine, had no issues with unit at all. Only problem is I bought another mtn. bike with a Lefty front suspension system, which I love, except that I can't take it off and connect the front fork to the Workhorse, so I had to pick up a different repair stand. If you're looking for a repair stand that's easy to transport, and you can connect disconnect your front wheel and connect fork to the quick release on this work stand, then this would be a good stand for you.
