Strengths: Very sturdy, durable, and practical.Weaknesses: Can't adjust position of arms.
Steel parts can harm paint job if you're not careful.Bottom Line: Very sturdy bike rack with room for a helmet or shoes in addition to being able to hold two bikes securely. Ideal for bikes w/ horizontal top tube, but will work with sloping tubed bikes as well.
I have two of these stacked on top of each other, which allows me to hold four bikes in a relatively small space. The one at waist level functions as a work stand.
One caveat: play it safe and wrap the arms with a popped tubed or handlebar tape to give your bike a soft place to sit and protect the paint.
Haven't found a use for the folding feature but it makes sense if you have it set up in a tight place.
