Strengths: Cheap, WorksWeaknesses: None so far. I've heard it rusts if you leave it out in the elements (but what doesn't)Bottom Line: After scouring the market and reading reviews on hitch racks, this is the only one under $100. This rack works great, is reasonably priced (compared to the other metal bars, that's really all it is), and works. There are some of these contraptions out there priced over $200! Easy to install, very sturdy, and can lock into bed and lock bikes to it. Very satisfied with this purchase. It gets 4 chilis because I still feel like it is overpriced.
