Strengths: It is very strong. Don't know too many cyclists that need to carry 100 plus pounds though.Weaknesses: No instructions for installation, no list of parts so if you know if something is missing or not.Bottom Line: Overkill and no customer contact telephone numbers for Bontrager. You need to know what you are doing with a bike to install, or pay a bike store to install it for you. This is due to neither having instructions or parts inventory included in the product packaging. Not a very good customer friendly product. While I am somewhat of a bicycle mechanic, and was able to install mine just by looking at all the parts and screws, it will absolutely frustrate you if you are new to cycling and not familiar with how these things work.
