Bottom Line:
I've had this pump for 2-3 years & I like it because it continues to work. A few weeks ago I notice the dial wasn't returning to -0-. Although it hung up on 40 pounds, I made a quick mental adjustment to get my desired pressure for mountain or road bike tires. Still, it wasn't quite right. I called the service department to see if I could buy some parts. I wasn't expecting any warranty help - after all, it's a couple of years old. The guy on the phone took my address etc - they're sending me a new guage!! Free!! Fantastic!!
