$45.00 | | Purchased At: | lbs | | Strengths: | looks cool, handle locks in place when not in use | | Weaknesses: | plastic lever lock, handle lock annoying when trying to use pump and it is impossible to hold pump and pump above 60 psi unless you remove wheel and use floor as a brace for pump end | | Similar Products Used: | airforce 2 | | Bike Setup: | Raleigh Royal oldscool | | Bottom Line: | ok for fat low pressure tyres but for any thing over 60 psi forget it.
Nice alloy body is let down by use of cheap plastic parts
I'm going to get a Parktool pmp5 and try it.
They seem ok, the review is next.
ill give it 2 for function and looks overall 2 as it didnt do what i purchased it for.
The seller also didnt really know product as they assured me it would easily do 110 psi, its actually a low pressure mountain bike pump | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$20.00 | | Purchased At: | TJ Frisbee's | | Strengths: | clean, simple design. effortless switching between presta and shrader. nice storage area | | Weaknesses: | plastic in the wrong place | | Bottom Line: | the screw-on head that keeps the piece of rubber that seals the pump to the valve stem broke after about a year of light use. the pressure of securing the pump to the valve stem broke this piece. this pump would be flawless if it was made of metal. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$12.00 | | Purchased At: | Edinburgh | | Strengths: | Mostly made of metal, comes with patch kit and is easy to use. Cheap. | | Weaknesses: | Rubbish mounting bracket | | Similar Products Used: | Revolution mini pump | | Bike Setup: | Revolution cullin xc | | Bottom Line: | Easy to use but I lost mine as the bracket completly broke, so if you buy this, keep it in your rucksack or you could lose it. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$20.00 | | Purchased At: | The Bicycle Shop | | Strengths: | simple, lightweight, schrader and presta capable, includes some patches | | Weaknesses: | only single action and relatively low volume per stroke, will take more time to fill as opposed to compressed air | | Similar Products Used: | plastic hand pumps and cheap foot pumps in the past | | Bike Setup: | 2007 trek 4300 disc stock with this pump | | Bottom Line: | This is a simple yet capable frame pump which matches my frame exceptionally well and contains almost everything I need to fix a flat on the go. I keep a tube and a small tool set in my camelback to complete the package because I don't like a lot of stuff hanging from my frame. $20 seemed a little steep to me but it does seem to be a quality product so I got it. Just seems a little funny putting a specialized pump on a trek frame to me. I almost got a CO2 kit but the guy at the shop recommended against it because you can't replenish those on the go. Besides they cost more as well. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
