Strengths:
locking bracket
Weaknesses:
broke on first attempt at filling a tire.

Bike Setup:

Bottom Line:
Let's see... poor seal on presta valve (never tried schrader--who does?), tiny plastic bit broke inside behind gasket when I turned the locking clamp the first time, was able to get a road tire up to about 65PSI before the pressure blew air past the shock head. At least it was enough to limp home the remaining 20 miles home.
Like pretty much everyone else on the 03 model, I can't really reccommend this pump for any reason. Sure wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. STAY AWAY!
