Strengths:
Small, light, reliable so far, double action so pumps reasonably fast, good head design pumps presta and schrader with no problems.Comes with a decent mounting bracket which holds the pump in the closed position.
Weaknesses:
The handle at the head end is a bit small which means you can accidentally trap your hand in it if you aren't careful, it's a bit of an effort to really pump above about 90psi but it works v.well on MTB tyres. Takes me about a minute to get my 27"x1.25 rear tyre up to about 90 psi without busting a gut.

Bottom Line:
Pretty good, small and reliable and a great 'get you home' pump which i have used as my regular day to day pump on 90psi road tryes with no problems so far (about 6 months). It's also pretty cheap as decent pumps go.
