Strengths:
Bracket, looked tough
Weaknesses:
First one's handle broke off on first tyre pumped up, snapped right off at the shaft, second one would not reach required 60psi - leaking passed the o rings
Piece of crap. First purchase of the pump didn't last one tyre, handle broke right off at the shaft!!!! (i think someone else may have had it, broken it, and made an attempt to repair it and returned it to the shop, as I put no pressure on it at all). Replacement pump however didn't even do 3 tyre changes!! By the third one air was easily leaking past the o rings, I don't live close to a bike shop, so this is a real pain in the ass. I'm glad I didn't trust it on a long x-country ride!

Strengths:
Small, Light, pumps faster than all of my riding friends gadgets, good seal, ergonomic, easy to service
Weaknesses:
frame clamp too risky to use, stick the pump in your back pack
Similar Products Used:
Blackburn, Halfords special crap
Bike Setup:
Not important for a pump except I only use Presta valves
Bottom Line:
This is the best pump I've come across in 17 years of riding and puncturing out on the trail. OK sometimes the rear lip seal needs flaring out a bit with a bit of lube added to make it work both ways as it should but if used and not left to rot and if serviced occasionally, this little thing will last you for years. Those ham fisted lot that break these on the 1st use would probable bust a track pump after a few strokes - forget their comments and get hold of one of these while they are still in production.
x*!

Seals are garbage, had to take the pump apart after one use to fix them. Bracket is useless. Nice that it can piggy back a water bottle cage. Not so nice that the pump is now lost somewhere on the mountain after its first ride.

ADD ADDITIONAL LASHING if you were unfortunate enough to purchase this junk.

Great little pump. The two way action works quick.
Weaknesses:
Like others have said, I added a velcro strap - don't trust the bracket.

Bike Setup:
Blur. xtr.
Bottom Line:
I've never had any of the o-ring problems people complain about. Maybe the ones they got weren't lubricated from the factory or something?
Anyway, a couple of years and tens(?) of flats later its still working like a champ. Every now and then I take it apart, clean it, add a drop of olive oil and it's as slick as new.
Maintain you stuff, it'll be there when you need it.

Bottom Line:
This pump is sooo crap! After carrying it around for 6 months, the first time I actually need to use it in a race the seal blows in it and it bleeds air out of the tyre just as fast as it inflates. Useless rubbish from Specialized!

Strengths:
I was attracted to this pump because of the protective case which piggy-backs onto the water bottle mounting holes. I also believed that Specialized would come through with a quality product.
Weaknesses:
Man, was I wrong! This pump has successfully inflated exactly ONE tire for me. The o-ring on the piston is just too sloppy to create any kind of decent seal. Carrying a pump like this just plain dangerous! You THINK you're covered as you set out on a long cross-country ride, but you're kidding yourself with a false sense of security.

its small&lightweight.dual action works well. metal body has quality feel to it. looks nice.
Weaknesses:
bracket is a little flimsy & not centre mount. pump doesnt lock closed. how long will the plastic fiddly bits in the valve lock part last with frequent change?

Bottom Line:
for the money its great.its not worth going up to the airforce 4 unless you use both valve types regularly.. the thumb lock on the valve is strong and seals good, but can be hard getting back off presta valve but its ok. very goog value for money and u can takle it apart to clean it or whatever.
its a pump!
