Strengths:    Relatively low priced.

Weaknesses:    Relatively inexpensive construction, but needs be weighed against price. Developed seal leak using on Presta valves.

Bottom Line:
My version is 3-4 years old. For a relatively cheap pump it has been satisfactory. The biggest problem has been loss of a good seal at the valve stem. By moving the head I was usually able to minimize the leaking enough to fill tires. After 3-4 years the head has now developed a leak which I can't trace, but means I'll be looking for a new pump. Would only purchase this or similar item again at a low price point - ~$20-25.
