Strengths: Great taste, gives a really good energy boost! I drink one right before my workout, whether its dike riding, jogging, or lifting weights.Weaknesses: There are no weaknesses that i have come across. The only weakness i can think of that one might encounter is they can be somewhat addicting.Bottom Line: The best energy drink by far!!!

Strengths: Good taste and good energy that hits you almost immediately. Makes any bike ride seem better. Taste better than red-bull, but AMP is the best.Weaknesses: Can become jittery or nervous on technical parts of a trail. Also can sometimes make you try something your not capable of.Bottom Line: This is a good energy drink, but amp is the best one and I've tried almost all of them. Dont drink too much or you'll bonk, guaranteed.

Strengths: Legal SpeedWeaknesses: Drink it very cold. Funky after taste when warm.Bottom Line: For an energy kick before you ride, this is a good choice. Taste’s better then Red Bull. It seems to last for a good hour.
