Strengths: tasty, works, easy on the belly,Weaknesses: costBottom Line: This stuff just flat out works, Very good tasting, and easy on the belly. I started using this when it was a secret, well the secret is out now. My only issue is the lb per price, others in this category seem to be priced a little better, but they don't work as good ..
