Strengths: Gives you a buzz
Weaknesses: Tastes awful
Loads of sugar
Bottom Line:
I wanted a quick boost before a long cycle commute home and really should have known better than to try this stuff. It is basically soda with extra caffeine in it, and not very nice-tasting soda at that. The amount of sugar in it is pretty amazing-- not in a good way-- and I can only assume that's the reason why my energy levels crashed, big-time, halfway through the ride. Not pleasant. I prefer a slower-release (and sugar-free!) product like the spot-on energy patch (www.spotonenergy.com).
This is interesting...
