Strengths: The strengths are obvious you use it for a short amount of energy when really needed
The taste is a bit sour at first but after a while, you're addictedWeaknesses: The price is too expensive for the small can amountBottom Line: I use Red Bull when im in school or when I NEED to stay up at night or just when I want one. I would recommend this to anyone who doesnt mind spending a little bit extra because it is a bit expensive
Bottom line it's the best thing out there.

Strengths: Povides energy.Weaknesses: Carbonated and hard to glug down in one go. Tastes way, way to sweet. In night clubs (in the past) when mixed with vodka, dancing, more vodka and more dancing it lead to multiple heart attacks/death.Bottom Line: I finaly found this product while on summer vacation back in August 2002 - Hungary(Budapest) & Austria(Reifnitz) just after the 2002 Hungarian F1 Grand Prix. The small lakeside town of Reifnitz has (back in 2002) one tiny grocery store just after/past "The Sport Hotel". The road comes to a fork, I'm pretty sure it's the left road that you just need to travel on it a few 100 meters. They also sold Horsepower here and apparently the town is only open during the summer months as snowfall accumulates during the winter. The husband (co-owner) of "The Sport Hotel" passed away before 2002, R.I.P. The hotel may still be for sale.
Bottom Line: A very, very sweet tasting carbonated drink that's enjoyed by few.

Strengths: makes you numbWeaknesses: this is basicly legal crack in a liquid form. i had a VERY hard time sleeping later that night after drinking a couple of these throughout the day. i felt extremely "cracked out", jittery, wide-eyed, paranoid, crampy (stomach pains), tingly sensations (not the good kind) and had some very minor hallucinations which were actually somewhat pleasant. tasted like liquid car keys (ass basicly). kept hearing the color of bannanas and tasting the music i was listening to :0 not as good as meth but hey - its legal.Bottom Line: bottome line is, if you dont mind the feeling really strange for a long time and not being able to calm yourself and/or you are in college and/or are taking various "other" substances to heighten reality then THIS IS FOR YOU! dont think for a second that your are just gonna "chill" on this stuff. i hate caffeine and stuff like that and will never put such a horrible substance in my body ever agian. if u are the occasional or frequent Meth or Crack user then youll love this as an early morning beverage!

Strengths: taste. I admit, I really like the taste. Most hate it.
Incredible pre-ride energy boost, like Coke without the carbonation, or nosebleeds.
I drink it on the way to the trail and start using a carb gel and hydration drink about 10 minutes into the ride. This does have a small kick of caffiene in it which could make things worse if you aren't properly hydrated beforehand. I usually skip it and use plain water pre-ride if the weather is really hot and humid.Weaknesses: Like coke, the naughty kind, addictive and expensive.
You can get it much cheaper from Sam's, just like Coke, the legal kind. It's about 1.36/can when bought by the case. I'm investigating how much cheaper it is when bought by the trailer load.Bottom Line: The best energy drink out there - proven by all the cheap domestic imitators. There is no substitute.

Duration Product Used: More than 3 years
Price Paid:
$1.00

Similar Products Used: coca-cola, diluted OJ, gatorade, cytomax (gross!), every other imitation of Red Bull which all taste terrible and use cheap ingredients.

Strengths: Gives you a killer amp. Flames actually shoot out of your ass and propel you faster.Weaknesses: Very addictive for some reason. Costs waaayy too much. Everybody thinks you are a dope fiend looking for a fix after a while.Bottom Line: Stuff is terrible, but im haplessly addicted to it. Amps you up like a crack toting squirrel, and shoots you down the trail 5 times faster than that. The guys who invented this stuff must be evil geniuses.

Strengths: not bad with vodka in it
the taste
keeps one up a while when one does'nt want to mess with methampheteminesWeaknesses: my co workers hate the smell
the taste takes some getting used to
it makes you pee a lot
it will trigger your poop response sometimesBottom Line: i like to drink red bull before rides. it helps me contend with the first twenty minutes of a ride which are always hard for me. i also like to have a red bull at around two o clock at work--it helps me make it through the rest of the day.
my co workers hate the smell, but they're all a@*holes, so i always keep an open can of red bull around to torment them.
if you don't like red bull, there's not much else out there for you--all these energy drinks have a nasty taste, but they work.
