Strengths: Tastes Great (Oatmeal/Raisin), easy to eat and swallow. Bite sized portions with good flavor... what more can you ask for! I can outlast my buddies who dont eat anything on a 2-3 hour ride and I feel strong at the end. I normally eat 7-8 pre-ride and another 4-5 per hour after that along with plenty of water to stay hydrated.
If you have trouble with large energy bars and want something thats bite size then give this a try.
