    Strengths:    Cheap, no cramping after use.

    Weaknesses:    Everything except above

    Bottom Line:   
    I bought this stuff because it was cheap and came with a bunch of it. The taste is horrible and even worse when you let it sit for a few hours. I think I would be better off with water. It doesnt even give me any boost concerning energy. There are better things out there.
