Strengths: Able to customize your sport drink as per your personal sodium need. I lose a lot of sodium/salt when I workout (I am the person with the white salt stains on my face and workout clothing). This product helps me to retain my sodium levels.
Weaknesses: I don't like opening the caps to use the product in my waterbottle. The caps don't disolve in your water bottle, so you need to open the caps (which can be frustrating). Perhaps a powder formula...?
Bottom Line:
Great for sustaining your sodium levels. I also used the caps during Ironman (popped them like salt pills). There is no taste (unlike salt tablets) and they are easy enough to carry.
