I bought one of these after a 15 mile ride and I had to stomach this thing down. It was horrible tasting. It was supposed to be banana flavored but it was just honey. It did mix with water but it was just so bad tasting. If you like straight honey you will like this. If you don't like honey stay away from this.

Bottom Line:
Tastes good and works well. I have one about every hour of riding and it keeps me from bonking. Before I tried these I could ride about 2 hrs before starting to feel tired. Now I can go for 3.5 - 4 hrs and still have something left after the ride is over. If you buy 12 or more Honey Stingers,or any combination of energy product, at REI they are only $1 each.
