Strengths:    Tastes good, great power

Weaknesses:    melts in hot weather

Bottom Line:
If its not melted it gives about an hour of power. I was reluctant to review it because then everyone will use it and I'll lose my edge (but actually I don't have much to lose.) Decided to give back to the bike community by giving this review.
