Strengths: Actually, I'm a runner. I only took one right before I went out for a 16 mile run. My legs stayed fresh the whole time and the rest of the day it didn't even feel like I had been running that morning! My husband used them throughout a 100 mile trail run and they probably helped alot, but that was his first time running that far, so he was going to be hurting no matter what.
