The Recovery drink mix was the first product Fluid made (back in 2006) and it is a fortified recovery drink with a 4 to 1 carb/protein blend. The protein comes entirely from whey protein isolate (the result is lactose-free and gluten-free). It's been a little over a year since my surgery. I did my rehab religiously for the first year. Being 59, I don't heal as fast as some. lol
For the first 8 weeks, they kept saying you are doing fine, ect. By staying on it hard, I made my 12 week goals in 10 weeks. That got the PTs attention! :)
