Strengths:    Taste, mixability, quality protein source (Whey isolate)

Weaknesses:    None that I know of

Bottom Line:   
This protein mixes amazingly well and tastes the best out of any whey protein I've tried (chocolate). It's really cheap at sams club ($30) for 6 pounds! Taken right after a workout it's great for recovery.
