Strengths: I feel like I can go longer and harder on rides.Weaknesses: NoneBottom Line: This product gives me the endurance I need to finish long hard rides. I do feel as if my recovery time after a long push is shorter.

Strengths: Antioxidants, high Vitamin B content, easier to get down nowWeaknesses: They smell, but what do you expect from something that actually works instead of your typical vitaminBottom Line: Most people think that a vitamin is a vitamin, not so. 97% of the stuff out there passes right through your body without being used. The difference here is quality components, along with good antioxidants. There aren't many companies that actually present a quality product. Might be a considence, but throughout heavy training and racing i haven't got sick since i started using them in March.
