Strengths: Red Bull on steroids. This stuff is awesome and lasts a long time. You will get a kick in the pants from it.Weaknesses: Red Bull on Steriods. Don't take it in the evening. You will have difficulty sleeping.Bottom Line: I've used this before three key workouts now: A hard group ride, a 20 K road time trial, and a vigorous 2-hour ashtanga yoga session. In each case, I ate breakfast, waited an hour or so, then took the Fast Twitch per the directions on the bottle. My performance after taking it was a level higher than normal for me. I set a PR in the race, raged handstands in the yoga class, and felt great on the group ride. This stuff is so strong that I don't use it every day, just before races and key workouts when I need a kick in the butt. After setting the PR in the race, I still felt energetic and so ate lunch then went rock climbing with some buddies. After climbing I still had some pepper so I went for a mellow swim.
That stuff really works. It's scary.
