Strengths: Great light taste in both Lemon and Fruit Punch. Has everything you need: amino acids, electrolytes and carbs, to get you through a race or tough ride. Dissolves completely and quickly: no clumps.
Weaknesses: None.
Bottom Line:
I have used this in training and racing, XC and endurance rides and it's great. Light consistency, I even mix it double strength to get the tons of electrolytes and carbs I need during a race. The amino acids are supreme. They're simple proteins that keep you fueled up when you can't eat, but they're absorbed rather than digested so the blood stays in your legs instead of your stomach. The difference in how much better I feel immediately after a race and also the next day is huge. Freeze it in your water bottle the night before for a hot day or a huge ride and as it thaws it's awesome!

Strengths: Both flavors I've used (Fruit Punch and Lemon-Lime) are great tasting and light enough to not cause stomach problems as some other brands are known to.
Bottom Line:
Use the product regularly and found it to be a great pre and post ride hydration supplement as well as during any length ride or race. Great in hot weather racing. When temps exceed 100+ supplemented with Fast-Charge for additional electrolyte replacement.
Strengths: Works well and taste great. I am quite fond of the Pro Grape. I really like the way it taste and It works well when taken after a ride for recovery. With the Pro formula it isnt so much what you feel the day of your ride it's what you don't feel the day after.
Weaknesses: none
Bottom Line:
If you want something that taste great and leaves you feeling good the next morning you should give the Pro Grape a try.

Strengths: works well and after a couple bottles you dont have to vomit and start over..
Weaknesses: none
Bottom Line:
Really light and easy on the stomach.. It helps with fatigue and muscle repair while giving you usable energy at the same time.. Clearly the best product I've ever used..
Strengths: Lasts through long rides. Doesn't taste like water with mix settled by the end. Ez on the stomache for races.
Bottom Line:
Can take it on long rides, not sticky, and does its job. Worth the money... the reason your bike store is selling the others for 75% off is because that's what they're worth.
Strengths: Not real sweet, smooth and very EZ on the stomach, does turn sour in the bottle on hot days
Weaknesses: none
Bottom Line:
This stuff is great for endurance racing, its light on your stomach and tasty for hours and hours of drinking on the bike, to keep the legs a crankin, but the best is.... you don't get that crusty white crystlizing sugar build up, like you have been taking drags off a crack pipe.

Strengths: No sweet sugary gloppy mess, stays NON-FERMENTED on hot days. Goes down very lightly, even double dosed, and is easy on the stomach during races. The BCAA's metabolize quickly, and has worked perfectly all year for me!
Weaknesses: None
Bottom Line:
GREAT product! The light taste is great even on hot days, and doesn't get stinky or clumpy over a long ride. Very easy on the gut, even when double dosed. The flavor is not overpowering, and the BCAA's actually work. I use the Endurance formula while riding, and the Pro formula for recovery..GREAT STUFF!
Strengths: Goes down very slick, no aftertaste or sugary build-up. VERY easy on the stomach, even double dosed. Cramps disappeared after the first bottle! Great product, have not stopped using it. BCAA's are amazing, and metabolize very quickly.
Weaknesses: None for me.
Bottom Line:
Greatest group of performance products I have ever used. It has proven to be everything great, all at once. I use the PRO formula for recovery, and the Endurance formula during athletic endeavors.
