Bottom Line:

This is a novel solution to BB problems for those of us who ride in wet/muddy conditions. The kit comes with a zerk grease fitting, center seal for your BB, rubber outer seals and instructions. To install you:
1) Remove your BB.
2) Install the new center seal.
3) Remove any bearing seals.
4) Install the BB and the rubber outer seals.
5) Drill a small hole in the bottom of you BB shell and the new seal.
6) Install the zerk fitting.
7) Fill with grease using grease gun.Works like a charm! It's supposed to be for cup and cone (not cartridge) BBs. But I have a Syncros BB with cartridge bearings and I just removed the seals - very simple to use and maintain.
