Strengths:    Cheap, available, performance

Weaknesses:    none

Bottom Line:
This stuff gets the job done and does it well. Available in many weights and dirt cheap compared to "bike shop" stuff. Don't pass it up.

Date Reviewed: December 1, 1999

Strengths:
inexpensive compared to other lubes
widely available through motorcycle shops

Weaknesses:
does not come with applicator

Bottom Line:
This is the authorized lubricating oil for the 2000 SID's with XXX seals and foam elements. Get yourself an empty lube bottle and pour the Spectro in. This allows you to cleanly apply the oil to the foam element. If it works for motocross racers it should be good enough for simple MTB forks.
