Strengths: Reasonable price (for Bike Grease), works well in many conditions, doesn't separate, compatible with other greases, no obnoxious smell.Weaknesses: Still more than buying auto or marine greaseBottom Line: Usually grease from a bike shop is way overpriced (Phil Wood for instance). However, at $10 a tub, the Park Grease is pretty reasonable. I used this grease when I worked in bike shops for many years. It works well in wet, dry, hot, or cold conditions and doesn't separate. It is a good all purpose grease that works quite a bit better than Lithium based greases. It still costs a bit more than the grease I currently use (Bel-Ray) but it isn't a large difference. If your buying from an LBS, this would probably be my first recommendation.
