Brand new RP23 (2011) weeping float fluid - normal?

The 2011 RP23 (w/ boost valve) on my Yeti 575 seems to be weeping float fluid every time I ride. It's a small amount, but if I wipe it clean, it ends up "wet" again the next ride.
