Favorite Trail:rocky road
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $95.00
Purchased At:bike shop
Strengths:not TOTAL junk like many other light systems
battery keeps going and going
Weaknesses:lamp head is slightly larger than the bulb- add wires and wire nuts
and switch and you get a frustrated owner who does his own
repairs. Techs at marwi aren't the sharpest ones around. Wrong bulbs sent. Wrong handle bar mounts sent, They even put the wrong bulb into the unit I sent them for repairs! Weak!
Similar Products Used:vista light
cygo lite
Bike Setup:currently on a 03 heckler
Bottom Line:lead acid batteries are heavy but waaaaaaay more reliable than
nicad. Nicad units are brighter but only last a few months with constant use. At least the marwi unit is made from decent materials even if the handle bar mount is dumb and lamp head is to small.

Strengths:Looks cool,Waterbottle style battery fits in bottle rack,
Quick relese mounting bracket, For A 12Volt system it's bright& priced vary well(MSRP$99.00),The headlamp it's self is vary lite,about(130grams,power cord Lenght adjustment on battery
Weaknesses:Bad wireing in the headlamp (I"ve had to rewire it three times),heavy batt(about:800grams),Long recharg time(OVERNIGHT ): ),Burn time roughly two hours, Manufacture doesnt sell to the public you have to go through A dealer, no replacement parts avbl. must send it in to the manufacture.

Bike Setup:99 haro Escape A 7.0 W/:
judy KC Rock Shoks gas/air support forks,
equiped w/ shimano acera,
And really cool velo Plush seat contoured to protect the famly jewels,if you know what I mean,
Chris King hubs, Oh-yeah!!!! cant forget mister tuffy and his friend SLIME,I love thoes guys!!!!!!!
Bottom Line:The bottom line Is

Its A good product for the price but,
Marwi needs to fix the wiring problem and make A faster charger for the SLA batterys.

Maybe even discontinue the SLA batts, thay are kind of hevy for my taste.

Oh-yeah and make replacement parts more available.

This product Isn't for A pro or even A serous novice
rather A weekend warrior with A delicate touch.
