Strengths: Small, can wear as a watch without drawing attention. Easy to read display. Good features for a monitor at this price.Weaknesses: Lacks in advanced features (only one HR zone, no max HR, no PC interface).Bottom Line: This is a great HR monitor for most people. I have used it almost every day since I got it and it has functioned great. It has a lot of the features of more expensive and trendier models. Vetta makes a good cyclo-computer and a good HR monitor as well.
That said, as my training becomes more serious I am finding I would like a few more features (multiple zones, max HR, PC interface...)
Overall this is a great monitor.
