Strengths: Reliable, resilient and functional device that has provided years of faithful service. Timex has produced this watch combo for several years (Iv'e had mine since 2003.) The technology is mature and affordable not to mention freakin kewl! :)Weaknesses: Normal wear will deteriate button performance. Water seal is weak and can fail after battery replacement. Use a touch of oil on gasket after battery replaceement and insure that gasket is in proper position prior to closing backplate. Product care is essential to long life.Bottom Line: I have enjoyed this product for many years especially for running and road use and highly recomend it. Mountain bike has limited GPS use due to canopy cover, however, the heart rate monitor still does the job.
