Strengths:
Provides time, heart rate, max/min heart rate, time in zone, calories burned, recovery time, easy to use (no steep learning curve like some of the Polars)
Weaknesses:
Had to send the chest strap back twice because the watch would suddenly start reading its max setting (240 bpm). Cost $25 to fix it each time and it still doesn't work properly. I like the features, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Bottom Line:
Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
