Rugged. Apparently accurate. Easy to read display. Attractive - or at least it looks like a wristwatch on your arm instead of a microwave oven or other small kitchen appliance.

I don't have much experience with other HRM's, so this review may be of limited value. The Timex Ironman Road Trainer is a solidly built, good looking HRM watch. It is easy to read the display, and the display easily toggles between HR and time and both. The Timex establishes connection with the sensor easily and rarely drops the connection. The chest strap is comfortable and well designed as well. The interface is not particularly intuitive, and I think I will be forced to actually read the directions if I want to take advantage of all the features. But overall, a great HRM watch and a good bargain.
