Strengths:
Watch is/was very tough. Stood up to anything thrown at it - cold, heat, water, sweat, bumps, drops, scrapes, etc. Accurate and reliable.
Weaknesses:
Battery life average. Less than one year use and need for new battery only installed by "qualified" reps. They won't send you one. BIGGEST problem - watch band sucks. Gone through 5 of them in less than 2 years. Cheap plastic that always broke on latch side.
Similar Products Used:
none
Bottom Line:
The company has stopped manufacturing this model. After calling to buy another band, they stopped making this specific replacement band as well. IF I can find substitute or retrofit another band - I'll keep using it, but.....
If you have one and your band breaks, you are S.O.L.

Strengths:
easy to use
Weaknesses:
watchband wears out too quickly
Bottom Line:
I've been using this HR monitor for a little over 2 years (mainly for running) and it works great except for the fact that I've had to replace the band twice already and unfortunately didn't keep the receipt. I'm having trouble finding a supplier to replace the band (3rd time). Other than the band issue, it's a great monitor for the price.
