Strengths: Simple, easy to read. I guess a good starter book.Weaknesses: Simple, easy to read, because there is little information in it. I don't think the author has her own thoughts straight. What she writes about is a lot of useless anecdotal stories and jibberish. Facts don't get in the way. The useful information she presents about zone training could be summarized in a paragraph.Bottom Line: OK if you can't find any other book to read.

Strengths: Easy to find info. Easy to understand graphics.Weaknesses: Leaves you needing more info.Bottom Line: Great Book. If you ted to overdo things, the training techiniques aloow you to push yourself and recover. First book that has a caloric consumption breakdown to dial in workout. Great training ideas.
