This can be used as a beginner's or an advanced training watch. This watch is light and comfortable to wear, and the display is easy to see, because it is so large.

Bottom Line:
The Smart Edge is the new heart rate monitor from Polar. I've used it for three months now and i really like it. It is very simple to use, it's accurate and it gives useful information. The new thing with this monitor is that it thinks for you. You just enter your age, sex and weight, and the monitor will tell you at the start of each exercise what training zone you should be focusing on this particular day.
