Strengths:    -user friendly
-works
-consistent
-chest strap is very comfortable
-watch strap is snug tight. Doesn't come loos to easily
-monitor is lightweight


Weaknesses:    -for some reason the 2025 3v battery doesn't fit well in the chest strap. I had to use 2032 battery and it works well.

Bottom Line:   
Works great! I have Timex and Sports line that I paid $70 for each but they're both not consistent and comfortable on the chest. I always feel like I can't breath when those things on. This Polar I only paid $65 online, shipped and it works GREAT!
