Strengths: comfort of wrist unit and superb strap, easy use, realiable, superb Polar web servicesWeaknesses: noneBottom Line: This is my first HRM and I´m stoked with it. Glad to choose Polar. The wrist unit is light and compact so I don´t have problems using it at my strength training. Strap is superb comfortable, you don´t know about when you get used to it after about 3 usages.
There are amazing web training guide Polartrainer.com on Polar site with diary, exercise plan building and so many more.
I´m excited with it, highly recommended.
