Strengths:    its nice having a watch, computer, and heart rate monitor all in one.

Weaknesses:    Does not sink well with heart rate monitor/speed pickup. It can start recording at random times(like while your driving in your car). I think it is the frequency, I think it picks up interference.

Bottom Line:
If you can get it to work without the random starting and stopping, keep it. I was on a ride one day and it said my max H=hart rate was 212. I must be dead!

Strengths:    full-function heart-rate monitor and cycle computer

Weaknesses:    legion

Bottom Line:
as soon as this was 15 months old, nothing worked well. i
thought that it was just the cadence and speed sensor acting up\ losing their battery life. therefore i had them replaced under warranty. that worked, but now it looks like the base unit is at fault, and all out of warranty. right now this unit looks fanciful, but sucks in the long term. It isn't like i used extensively. Will post further if polar is willing to stand behind their product.
