Strengths:    Lasted about 3 years before it expired. Design looks decent, isnt as quirky as some. Battery replacement is simple.

Weaknesses:    No coding on transmitter.

Bottom Line:   
Cheaper and easier to maintain as compared to Polar. Buying another one even though the price has gone higher.
