Bottom Line:

I was in the market for a chainstay guard that wouldn't gather dirt and would stay on the bike after being exposed to elements. This pretty much eliminated Lizard Skins based on the reviews of this site. Bikesite.com reviewed this product, the Wraptor. I found the website www.innovativ.com and placed the order. This is a wrap around / twist-on style chainstay guard that is made of soft (kinda) black plastic. It looks kinda cool. It works great!!! But, here is what made me like even more. There was a slight bobble in my order. I didn't get the product by when they said I would: it took longer than expected. I called and emailed the company. They apologized up and down. Then, they proceeded to send me the product 2nd Day Air. The kicker: they tossed in an extra one for my troubles. All for a $7.00 (US) product. Awesome customer service!!! Great product.
