Bottom Line:

Finally a product that installs exactly like the instructions with no tweaking and it works great! I have 800 xrays with an xt rear derailer. The Bassworm is a rubber tube with fittings on each end. The unit goes inline on your rear derailer cable housing and to make a long story short it keeps the rear derailer cable tight. This eliminates those shifts that come out of nowhere. I your shimano derailer has a mind of its own, this is the labotamy! 5 chilies
