Strengths:
Well-constructed
Good cinch strap design keeps them firmly anchoredWeaknesses:
Capacity might be a little small for extended touringBottom Line: Performance HP rear PannierYer basic pannier. 3 compartments for gear -- a large main the bulky items, small accessory pocket on the rear, and an outward-facing expandable mesh pocket which works great for drying wet stuff. Compression straps keep everything tight, and internal stiffeners prevent unsightly bag floppage. The adjustable hook straps (which attach to the lower rack extensions) are easy to tighten/loosen, so removal is quick & tidy. I don't have the rain covers yet, which are needed for waterproofing.A decent set-up for light/moderate hauling, and competitively priced compared to other panniers I've seen. Price isn't too bad either.
