Submitted by Dukegnarley a Weekend Warrior from Ellensburg, Wa
Date Reviewed: February 18, 2009
Duration Product Used:Tested or demo'ed only
Price Paid: $10.00
Purchased At:nashbar of course
Strengths:they look like quality pieces, and the front went on well.
Weaknesses:the rear skewer was way way too short to work on my '01 fsr
Similar Products Used:normal qr stuff
Bike Setup:'01 fsr s-works
Bottom Line:bottom line is they don't work because the rear is too short. it might work on a hardtail or something with really thin drop outs.

Submitted by Curmy a Cross Country Rider from California
Date Reviewed: December 2, 2008
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Purchased At:Nashbar
Strengths:It used to be good.
Weaknesses:New version I have bought recently is noticeably shorter and does not fit even moderately thick dropout and frame.
Similar Products Used:Halo Hex bolt-on extra long - use those instead.
Bottom Line:Avoid, and if you have then - check if thread is engaged deep enough. Halo Hex extra long will be a better choice.

Submitted by Ryan a Weekend Warrior from Lancaster, CA
Date Reviewed: March 29, 2008
Favorite Trail:Anything off-road
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $10.00
Purchased At:nashbar.com
Strengths:They simply work
Durable
dont need to worry about them snagging on something, people messing with them, or them being tight enough.
Weaknesses:Need a tool to get them on/off (only bad if you don't have your tool with you, which you should)
Similar Products Used:Quick release ones with the little lever that come on all bikes.
Bike Setup:2005 Giant XTC 2
Bottom Line:Just put them on, bolt them down and you are ready to go.

I have had them for two years now, best things ever.

If you just like the security, or the nice clean look, or just don't like those little lever ones, these are for you!
