Hoo Rag is a new company that makes tubular bandanas that you can wear under your helmet (or many other ways) to provide an extra layer of protection and warmth. The Hoo Rag is similar to other multifunctional headwear products and has similar uses. It comes in a multitude of colors and designs ranging from paisley, camo and digital camo to scuba and flyfishing inspired patterns.
