from Zurich Date Reviewed: October 19, 2006 Strengths: Reliable, looks OK (but I do not have stars and stripes graphics), Does not drop contact in wet conditions. This is a plus in central Europe. Weaknesses: the buttons are a little difficult to press for certain funtions, but you will survive. Maybe you go to the hardware store and get heavier duty platic straps and you're ready for anything. from Zurich, Switzerland Date Reviewed: October 27, 2005 Strengths: Easy to mount. good profile and has mounts for a riser bar. So far after 3 months of biking it is accurate. Funny to say this, but it has a lot of smooth rounded edges so it feels good to press around real hard when you're stressed on the bike and want info. It doesn't cut off the blood on your fingertips. I like it short term, let's see over the longer haul. Weaknesses: I see this thing gets hammered a lot for difficulty in the pressing of buttons but I don't have that much of a problem although I agree this part of the functionality is not great but OK. Display is little harder to read compared to Sigma 1600 but it works. from Fayetteville, NC Date Reviewed: July 16, 2001 Strengths: Looks pro. Weaknesses: If it performed as well as it looks, this would be a very good piece of equipment. Set up and installation is easy and straightforward, but right out of the box the screens are difficult to change due to the inferior design of the buttons. I have to press like a you know what to maybe get to the next screen and thats not what I want to be doing when I'm trying to concentrate on staying in the hunt. Maybe I just got a lemon, but I'm definetly looking for another computer and I'm not looking at Vetta. The buttons are hard to push and when you pushed them it "pops" out of the holder. 4 hours of riding I caught it twice and it hit the ground twice. No good.
