Submitted by InstantCJ a Weekend Warrior from Richmond

Date Reviewed: July 28, 2009

Strengths:    None

Weaknesses:    The wheel fork, not matter how tight it's fastened moves when driven at speeds of 50+mph. My wheel ends up resting on my back window. I've tried using old pieces of inner tube to give it more grip, but nothing works. The little plastic guard that keeps your wheel from spinning also snapped off in the in the wind. These are happening at freeway speeds of 55-65mph.

Bottom Line:
I'm very disappointed in this product and wouldn't recommend purchasing.

It looks as though if the long end cap were the same size as the short end cap it would fit. Did they send m ... Read More »

Front Fork/Wheel - 2011 Giant Talon

Hello all, Some of you may have seen my thread in the 29er bike section, but at this point I think I have changed my thought process and have decided to do some work on my 2011 Giant TAlon 29er. With that said, I am looking to replace my front fork. Other than a suggestion of running a Suntour Ra ... Read More »

Enduro Wheel/Fork Setup & Questions

I have a 2012 jekyll 4 accompanied by a RockShox Revelation Rl that has 150 mm of travel and a 15mm thru axle I believe. I am going to be upgrading/beefing up my fork to a somewhat modern 2012-ish RockShox Lyric 160 that has a 20 mm thru axle. I am somewhat stuck on this fork because of the reasonab ... Read More »
