Strengths: Strengths: Easy to install is the biggest strength. Looks very good on any car. I have a 02 Grand Am and 93 Geo Prizm, Looks great on both. Low profile, and no over hanging bars. Tons of attachments. You don't have to buy a bunch of indiviguale parts. This rack is one piece.Weaknesses: None at this time.Bottom Line: The bottom line is that I would buy this roof rack at full price now that I own one. I think it is the best looking rack that I have seen yet. I got mine off ebay @ Ediscountbikes. I don't see how people could not like this rack. I think they must be closed minded. This rack is far more stream line than the others out there. I give this rack a 5 for value and a 5 overall rating. Its that good of a rack.

Strengths: Looks better than it is.Weaknesses: Clamps that attach rack to roof quickly rusted through and failed.
Ratchet mechanism to secure rack to roof was defective.Bottom Line: Dont't buy this rack and never drive behind anyone who has. In less than a year of use, as I removed my kayak after a trip from the beach the mondial rack came loose from the roof. All four clamps securing the rack to the roof had rusted through. When I called the manufacturer, they showed little interest in the defect. Fortunately I was able to get a refund from the retailer.
When I first purchased the rack, the ratchet mechanism used to tighten the rack was defective. The rack seemed to be on tight, but would easily come loose under any pressure. It took months to get a replacement.
The rack is extremely dangerous and poorly designed.

Strengths: good fit, nice and compactWeaknesses: takes some time to take the bike trays off and slide on different tray (kayak or similar)Bottom Line: This rack cost me almost 50% less than Yakima would. At first I was sceptical about little light-wight clips that hold the bars to the roof. But after almost two years of trouble free use, I have nothing bad to say.
Nice set-up, low to roof, not much noise. SportRack will take your bars on trade-in if you buy a different car/SUV for and replace them with the ones that will fit your new vehicle for ~$40(cdn.), about same that Yakima or Thule would charge you for new clips only.

Strengths:
Really Low Profile, No Overhangs
Easy to Install, Fits any car
Goes On and Off easily
Fairing is nicely molded, not just a hunk of metalWeaknesses:
No Manufacturer Web Page
Sold by Bell to SportsRack recently
Hard to FindBottom Line: This rack is really really cool. Low to the roof, easy to install, not bulky and ugly like Thule or Yakimas. If you dont want to mess up your cars look with an ugly rack.
The fairing is really nicely done. Molded instead of a flat piece of metal.
Favorite Trail:
Baldy Mountain, Idaho
Duration Product Used:
less than 1 month
